1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All included accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be returned.

  • Items that are worn, used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit your return request through your account here within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the correct return address.

  3. Please note: All returns must be shipped to our U.S. warehouse for proper processing.

  4. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Non-defective returns (e.g. change of mind, incorrect purchase):

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs duties (if applicable).

    • A restocking fee of $10 or 10–25% may apply, depending on the condition and reason for the return.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

    • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.

    • We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.


4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective items or if the wrong product was received.

  • Exchanges must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

  • Once your exchange is approved, a replacement will be shipped within 1 business day.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our U.S. warehouse.

  • Refunds will be returned to your original payment method:

    • Credit/debit card: Timeframe depends on your bank.

    • PayPal or other methods: Typically 3–5 business days.

  • Any applicable fees (e.g. restocking, shipping) will be deducted from your refund.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

  • If the order has shipped, you may follow the standard return process.

  • Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed within 48 hours.


7. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

  • Customized, personalized, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Gift cards and promotional giveaways are non-refundable.
